Diet
melslife is not a diet site.  We are a healthy living community.  We believe that what you eat – calories in and calories out – creates who you are, and that by eating healthier, whole foods, exercising, and enjoying your life, you will have more energy, feel and look better, as well as be happier.

Diet Steps
Everyone who visits this site will have a different set of diet steps.  A step represents an acknowledgement that you want to make a change in your life, which usually results in the restoring, gaining or maintaining of your core values – what you want out of life -- to help define your life or get it on track to live a happier, successful life.  Success is really what you make it.  Success is not always defined by money, wealth, a cool job or incredible wardrobe, but rather by your health, family, and friends. 

These steps – baby steps -- are not absolutes, but rather evolving; they are how you decide to define your life or personal growth and embrace it at that moment in time.  Life is always in transition, and is a series of moments that create spontaneous change.  You deserve the life you want.  Catch it while you can.

This site is dedicated to partnering – working together -- with you in identifying what you want, defining your priorities, values and goals, and empowering you with encouragement and results to improve your health or lead a healthier lifestyle. 

Together we can discover ways to eat better, minimize stress, reduce anxiety, overcome challenges, gain clarity, focus, and direction, and learn to make better lifestyle choices to feel good and achieve your goals, one step at a time.

Create your own set of diet steps.  If you need help, I put together a list of steps or stages (add your own) that will help you adapt to change, find inner peace, or to be successful in your diet.

  • If you do not see a word that fits the description of what you want to achieve,create your own word
  • Once you have selected your words/steps, press return, and see your step icon be created
